These Terms govern your access to courses and services provided by Cosmolance Guild at cosmolance.bond. By accessing our site or enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Course Access and Conduct

• Access is for the enrolled individual and may not be shared without permission.
• You must follow all safety instructions during hands-on sessions.
• You agree not to reverse engineer content, scrape the catalog, or circumvent access controls.

5. Payments and Refunds

Fees are due upon enrollment via our payment partners. Refunds are available up to 7 days before a course start date. After that window, we may offer a credit transfer at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including method cards, diagrams, and videos, are owned by Cosmolance Guild or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal training use.

7. Disclaimers

Training content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or specific financial results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmolance Guild shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

9. Safety and Compliance

Hands-on practice involves inherent risks. You agree to follow instructor guidance, wear protective gear, and comply with applicable codes and regulations.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at cosmolance.bond/terms.html with a new effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
